Best experience/experiences that I’ve had with a company. Always respond promptly. NEVER acts better than, and ALWAYS willing to teach technique and knowledge. Shopping with Magic City goes above and beyond simply ordering some supplies or gear or whatever it is you need. If you need help with choosing something, message and ask. You will get an honest answer and not only the answer or recommendation, but why he gave that answer or recommendation so you learn. And he will not push his product on you. If you reach out and ask about what you may need for whatever project you’re doing, you won’t get a bland answer and pointed to the most expensive stuff. If you don’t need it, you won’t be told you do. If something is out of stock, you’ll be taken care of. I could go on and on and on but you get the point.
