Waiting for merchandise since the end of March and still not receiving it, the answer is always the same when they respond, because you have to be behind them otherwise they don't even respond, they just blame customs and we are already ending the year and they still don't deliver to us. Irresponsible

Poor company in every way. My wife and I have been waiting for our packages for more than 9 months, they respond slowly, when they respond they do not give clear answers, only lies, lies and more lies... we are still waiting for more than 9 months and they do not give an affirmative answer , they only blame customs when they are the problem. If we do not receive merchandise this year, we will consider it lost and take the necessary actions.

Horrible experience. Over 5 months and still my package is not delivered. Arrived at the destination country in 2 weeks and was removed from the shipping container and held in separate locations untill a speacial cash only fee is paid for release. Then informed there are no trucks available to deliver the package. Scammers. LA Cargo lied repeatedly. I have proof and they take zero responsibility. And don't care at all.
