Do not use this company if you want a clean pool. Truly awful service and even worse customer service, Kevin Halawy the owner is extremely unprofessional. Do not use this company.

Not only is Kevin terrible at his job of cleaning pools, he is also bad at talking to concerned and paying customers.When we first moved into our home we inherited this company by way of another pool guy who was great, but with so much turn over that didn't last long and soon we were left with just Kevin.Kevin has been contacted no less than 4 times by me this year regarding green pool algae concerns, and lack of showing up . When we would speak he would try to make me feel like I was the issue, I don't have him come "enough" we should pay more and up our frequency. I told him why would I up my frequency when you don't come on your scheduled days... read full review
