Stay away!Horrible serviceKevin is the worst,He gives Terrible customer service too!He (Kevin) swears he comes and cleans per our schedule - I have home cameras that show he does not.He kept asking us to up our frequency to every week when he wouldn’t even come regularly every other week.Over the last five months we have called with concern 4 times and each time no Resolve. “Pay me to come more and it will be better” but he doesn’t show up on the schedule we have now. We have not used our pool all year, and it has steadily been green and unclean.When he did come, he would be at the house for no more than five minutes - dump chemicals, not brush pool walls well...read full review

Not only is Kevin terrible at his job of cleaning pools, he is also bad at talking to concerned and paying customers.When we first moved into our home we inherited this company by way of another pool guy who was great, but with so much turn over that didn't last long and soon we were left with just Kevin.Kevin has been contacted no less than 4 times by me this year regarding green pool algae concerns, and lack of showing up . When we would speak he would try to make me feel like I was the issue, I don't have him come "enough" we should pay more and up our frequency. I told him why would I up my frequency when you don't come on your scheduled days as is? Our pool will go 3 weeks without cleaning sometimes.When he come he doesn't sweep the walls, dumps chemicals in and leaves within five minutes.I guarantee he has never checked or cleaned the filter and doesn't give a crap about his quality. He never calls to tell us his concern, he only brings it up after being confronted about his lack of showing up and terrible cleaning job. He takes advantage of the fact that we are not home during his visits by not showing up and still trying to collect invoices. I really don't review much but I want to save others in my area from this pool service . Please don't waste your money or your peace on this company.

Awful service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT A CLEAN POOL. Kevin Halawy is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever met. If you want good service and a clean pool I suggest you find another company.
