Very attentive and informative, I got a very accurate reading of my pool water quality and was able to get all I needed right from him. Didn't feel any pressure to buy anything and he wasn't pushing on saling anything I didn't need. next time I will order my water test together with my regular order of pool chemicals and he will drive to me deliver them and tests my water.
