Very attentive and informative, I got a very accurate reading of my pool water quality and was able to get all I needed right from him. Didn't feel any pressure to buy anything and he wasn't pushing on saling anything I didn't need. next time I will order my water test together with my regular order of pool chemicals and he will drive to me deliver them and tests my water. Kendall pools is very reliable, leaves my pool sparkling! Will definitely continue the service especially in this time of quarantine!!! we need our pools to exercise and keep the kids busy!!!
