I can’t begin to explain, without becoming emotional, what Kendall Pointe Animal Hospital the Vet’s, nurses, the front desk reception, and the entire staff mean to us and our precious MistyMoon.
We brought MistyMoon home Oct 30, 2022. On Nov 26, 2022 MistyMoon became very ill vomiting and non stop diarrhea. We called VCA Knowles Snapper Creek, MVS Sunset & 86 Ave, and VEG ER S. Dixie & 119. We arrived at Kendall Pointe Animal Hospital because of an emergency with our little dog. He was in very bad condition: three broken ribs, a punctured lung, and muscle damage after being attacked by a larger dog. From the moment we arrived at the hospital, the care we received was exceptional. They treated our dog the way you would treat a child—with kindness and professionalism.
They performed all the necessary tests and carried out emergency surgery, which was a complete success. My dog stayed there for five days under close monitoring. During those days, we were able to visit him, and they called us frequently to keep us updated on his condition.

We had to go through a sad day yesterday when we decided to put our Schnauzer of almost 10 years to sleep. I want to appreciate all the attention and care given to our Bonnie by the team at Kendall Pointe. Dr. Edelmys is excellent and was very caring. Dr. Vasallo and the previous two doctors kept us informed of all the tests and health condition of our girl. They supported our decision and gave is time and space to say goodbye to our loved one. Tne reception girl was also very caring. Thanks for the work you do. We will miss Bonnie but she was in good hands. We will miss her, but she did not suffer further. 💕
