A little over a month before Halloween, I needed someone to make my Halloween dress. I looked on Google and saw Julia’s Design and Alterations 5 stars. I called and explained the situation to Julia. I had the fabrics and the patterns and she was kind to let me know it was do able. The price was right and I said yes!! After calling half of Miami trying for someone to make the Queen costume, I found this place. Thank God. I got there and she was so kind and amazing. She gave the job to Romulo who is a superb tailor. They made my dress faster than a blink of an eye but not only that, the dress was spectacular. The photos do not make it justice.
