JJ AC/Service just installed a new Trane AC system in my home, and I couldn’t be happier. From my very first call, the team was friendly and responsive. Mr. Juan arrived on time and clearly explained the differences between the systems I could choose. Once I decided to move forward, the technicians showed up exactly when promised and completed a meticulous, professional, and very clean installation. I didn’t pick the cheapest option. Such great and fast service finally have a new ac unit in my house for the first time in years even came back in the morning to check and fix more things!!! Such nice amazing people:)
My 20 year old Trane AC unit was failing. I got three bids for a new Trane unit. JJ’s bid was fair, honest, and straightforward. The other bids were thousands of dollars higher, for less efficient units! Less than a week later my new AC was installed by their crew of six skilled technicians. They did a professional job, cleaned up meticulously, were friendly, and showed me how to operate the new high efficiency system. Thanks JJ!
