I have suffered from chronic gluteal pain for 10+ years. I’ve been to two physical therapist, 2 chiropractors, 3 masseuses, one stretch facility. Joseph used a combination of techniques that no one else was willing to do for me. In just one session he got rid of more pain than my most recent therapist did over the last year. This guy is exactly where you need to go for muscle pain and tightness. I feel so lucky to have found him.

I was recommended JFLO by my orangetheory coach, and I can't thank him enough for it! JFlo was very personable and made sure to educate me as to what is causing my pain, and I truly appreciate that! He offers a 4 session package, and his prices are extremely reasonable and fair! I am excited to come back next week so I can get my back in great condition again :) I would and will refer him to anyone I know is having any pain! He's awesome and even took the time to send me stretches and exercises to do to help my mobility.

Joe is awesome! In just one session he was able to increase my range of motion on my shoulders (granted, theres still more to do there...)He is very good at what he does and is a great guy on a personal level, which is equally important to me. Will use again... often... read full review
