I don’t buy or wear jewelry for myself, but do like to give gifts. When a prong got snagged and a stone fell out of a necklace I bought for a loved one (this can happen with hand-set stones), they brought it back and Pnina replaced the stone and assured them that if it happens again they can come back. Pnina is the best.
