I was very pleased with the excellent service I received at Jerry D. He programmed a key fob for my car and also made a new house key for my Medeco lock. Both work great and the price was reasonable. My new go-to place for everything lock related.

There are no words on how incredible the costumer service is with Renan and Daiane. I went to get a new key/alarm for my Honda Fit. They explained everything that it consist of and answered all my questions. The programming was quick. It was a pleasure doing business with them. In addition, I felt like I was with family and they were very attentive. Thank you so much Renan and Daiane for making me feel right at home. I will definitely recommend family and friends! Susy ?

The quality, responsiveness, and customer-centered attention I received the minute I walked inside this shop was on another level remarkable. Even though it was almost closing time, all three shop attendants dropped what they were doing and immediately set out to collaborate in order to solve my very small problem, which was a locked handgun safe, and they did. Based on just this one interaction, I can tell you that these are the kind of professionals you want to do business with. What a pleasure, really. ????????
