My grandfather has been in and out of the hospital for the past 3 months. Innovation has been helping us in between the hospital visits for the past 3 months.

My grandfather has really thin veins that it usually takes professional nurses in hospital 3 times to catch his vein same goes for lap corp. Aida caught his vein immediately on multiple occasions. Barbara is also very kind she does the flushing for his catheter when needed and Yoanni is excellent as well. The owner Yitsy makes herself available when you call and is honest which is the most important thing.

My grandfather is 90 years old and I am grateful innovation has been able to help him.

The company consistently fails to provides the materials requested by the prescribing physician leaving me to have to buy and stock them myself. Under questioning they will claim they sent things that never arrive. OTOH, the service person is professional and shows up on time.
