I was beyond fortunate to have been recommended by Emilio , the concierge at the St.Regis in Miami, to Victoria at “Happy Flowers”. Trying to find incredible flowers with no problems is a daunting task, calling from the Northeast for a very special 100 year recipient . He assured me that having had used many florists, she would be best for both the flowers and responsibility, to not disappoint.
