I own a merchant cash advance company and we gave Juan Chanez and Gusto Design a small $5000.00 merchant cash advance. Within 3 days he blocked our ability to get paid and blocked our phone numbers so we could not reach him. I would highly advise against doing business with Juan Chanez or Gusto Design, he is a liar and unethical. If he would breach our contract within three days of receiving the cash advance, do you really think if you give him a deposit he will honor your agreement. I would say NO, he will take your money and do the same thing he did to our company. Now we have put him in collections and are going to sue him and get our money back.
