I had never tried Glosslab but heave about the membership option. Wanted to give it a try! So Chelsea was working the front and was so sweet, greeted me gave me so much Info and explained the membership in detail. As I sat for my mani with Elvi(gosh I forget the spelling, but she was Greek and so sweet) I could tell the whole place had a very neighborhood community vibe. Everyone was sweet and chatty but so casual not in your face line of talking. I was able to have some good convo with my nail tech and also relax and enjoy the process! My nails look fab. It was quick but not rushed and she was so attentive to the details. Loved every moment!

I love gloss lab. I've had the unlimited membership since this location opened and I absolutely love having my nails done all the time and not having to do it myself lol. They do a great job, they have so many colors to choose from, and everyone is always super friendly. I love the membership model because I can switch up my nails and have a fresh manicure whenever I want and really have fun with it. I will say if you're paying for individual services and not a membership I think the pedi is overpriced for what it is - I understand the benefits to a waterless pedi but nothing beats a classic pedicure with warm water and a massage chair. Such an incredible experience! Cara and Shannon greeted me and gave me a brief on the store and how all the polishes are Vegan and Cruelty free! My nail tech (Angela) was amazing, witty and soothing at the same time! The best part is my nails look amazing and healthy!
