My body looks better, toner and most importantly i feel a lot better about myself, every time i go i feel healthy , strong and in shape , i really feel comfortable and i love the place and the best part she’s an AMAZING TRAINER !
Angelica is an amazing fitness trainer. She constantly pushes me to my limits. I have seen a huge transformation in my body in the last year and a half that I’ve been training with her. I feel stronger than ever and my body is much firmer. She pays attention to form during the exercises and provides guidance as needed. She’s always professional and patient. She’s the best weightlifting coach I’ve ever had. If you’re looking to enhance your performance and sculpt your body, look no further! She’s a life-changing and amazing instructor. Alex Osborn is hands down the best trainer I've ever worked with. His classes are amazing, his energy is awesome and he is extremely knowledgable and professional. Definitely check out his classes or book a session if you have the chance!
