I do not recommended to use this company for tax or financial services. My husband and I used them for 2 years. And the response rate was never great and we had an in person meeting the first time and Nick was not even in the office and we had to wait over 30 minutes after our appointment time. But because he was nice and seemed to care we choose to see him again the second year. When it was time for us to buy a house. Nick was unresponsive, not timely and almost cost us being able to close on our house because he would not communicate with my loan officer or get me my paperwork in time.
