I had two suits and 5 shirts to clean. I called them for a price to clean these items when they told me the prices I told them I was looking to get the suits and shirts cleaned I wasn't looking to buy new ones! Holy cow WAY over priced! Found another cleaners that cleaned both suits and 5 shirts for the price this place was charging for ONE suit! And That place actually did all the work on site and not in one centralized location for a bunch of franchises around Dade County.

I initially had a bad experience a couple of weeks ago when I came to pick up a shirt I dropped off for a stain removal and left a review. I'm now updating. Shortly after leaving that first review, I received a call from the manager Chris who was extremely polite and completely turned the situation around. While I was disappointed at first, I will probably be returning for future services because their follow up and customer service was stellar. Would recommend to anyone.
