I called to see about getting a mailbox lock rekeyed and talked to Bill. He was extremely helpful and I was able to get this old mailbox rekeyed much more easily than I expected.I recommend Frankey’s for their excellent customer service and their good ethics. Hard to find these days!
Accidentally locked out of my apartment and from the time I called I was in in less than an hour. Bill, who answered the phone, was polite and quoted me an up-front price (most other places said they could quote me only when they arrived and saw the lock) and even that was lower than what I was hearing from other companies. He maintained communication the whole time. Santos, the tech, also communicated and arrived in less than 30 minutes.
This place is awesome! Five key copied in a matter of seconds, and texted me to let me know when the best time to come in was. Also, don’t be fooled by the three star ratings: all the reviews that are three stars are actually raving about this place. I think there was some sort of glitch or something.
