Rick was incredibly knowledgeable, punctual, and communicative throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything and was very thorough with the treatment. After researching and comparing other options like tenting and bait stations, tent-less treatment made the most sense for us. It stays on the wood long-term, unlike tenting which is a one-time gas treatment, and bait stations which can take a long time to reach the colony. We’re glad we went with this route and feel confident in Rick’s work. Highly recommend!
