I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Flores and his team. I came to see Dr. Flores because after having breast cancer and going the implant route after mastectomy, my body rejected one of my implants after multiple infections and I decided to go the Diep route after left feeling deformed and hopeless. From the first consultation, Dr. Flores was a breath air...he went through my entire history with breast cancer step by step, he was empathetic, so knowledgeable, and reassuring...he took his time explaining to me what my process would look like and he really exceeded my expectations on what I would look like. I just wanted to look whole again and he gave me so much more than that! I am so happy when I look in the mirror and I honestly didn't think that would be possible again given my journey. The entire office is wonderful from Caroline at the front desk, Cassie (RN) is so knowledgeable and wonderful, Rob (Nurse Practitioner) helped me so much with paperwork I needed for short term disability - he always responded quickly and was also extremely pleasant, and so is the massage therapist Desiree! I am beyond grateful for all of them!
Dr. Flores and his staff have been amazing. I have been coming to this office since 2021 for breast reconstructions after I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. Dr. Flores and his staff have always made me feel comfortable and sure of my surgical choices. I would highly recommend their services.
I searched and met with over 10 drs for at least 2 years, domestic and abroad. Flores was my top choice, he gave me solutions no one else would. He fixed a 14 year old fibrosis issue no one else was willing to fix. My breast reduction and implant exchange was exactly as I expected. I’m very happy with my results. The team is lovely as well, surgery was very smooth because of the team, and the recovery as well. Anything else I’d plan to do cosmetically will definitely be with him. He’s also the sweetest, most caring and friendly Dr I have ever had.
