Every time I call asking for help for my mother, the answer is always the same: “there are no funds, try again next month.” My mother’s case is extremely complex, we have no family support, and we don’t receive any type of assistance. I work three jobs just to keep us afloat, which means my mom is left alone and unattended most of the time. I’ve been calling for months, and they don’t even let me explain the full situation. I have no idea what criteria they use to determine priority if they don’t even allow people to speak. This company is terrible they demand that people that work there in Home Heath Medicaid and Medicare all have to write mod orders for MD's and the Rn will sige them after you write them. If you say no because you are not a nurse they let you go claiming misconduct. They tell you they get paid bi-weekly but you need to wait a month to get pay after telling you you will get paid in 2 weeks. They Solicited patience and insinuate to them if you change your Insurance you may be be able to get PCA and other help. They pay super low and you work and much more then what you applied for. They have you QA HHA notes when your not a QA person. Stay away from them unfair doing fraud.THEY need to be reported to the state.
