Fed Help have awesome customer service, from the doctors and everyone that works there are amazing! They make you feel at home! And I can’t forget about the treatment service they have to make you, get back on feet are incredible! They get 10 stars from me!
I had an accident at work, which resulted in torn tendons in my shoulder. After bouncing around from clinic to clinic, that promised they could get surgery authorized to fix my shoulder, instead, the clinics were content with a couple months worth of therapies in their pocket, and sent me onto the next clinic. Until I was referred to FedHelp, Dr. Salado is awesome, he got my surgery authorized in no time. Monica has also been very instrumental helping me with ECOMP and assisting with anything OWCP related. The level of professionalism, competency, passionate medical care, and can do spirit displayed by all in Fedhelp, puts them head and shoulders above the other providers.

Great folks, very knowledgeable and if you have dealt with owcp then you know it can be rough the team here is well versed in dealing with the dol. The therapist are great and all the staff are kind and helpful. I'm glad I found them you will be as well.
