The same technician did repairs in my master & guest bathrooms earlier this year. This time, on 10/23/23, he repaired a leak in the main pipe (after the meter) to my home. Very minimal digging was needed. A coupling that was improper for such use was found and removed; two PVC pipes joined with an elbow was all that was needed. On both visits, he arrived at my home well within the estimated time frame, got right to work, and was courteous and professional throughout.
I was so grateful for the expertise and timeliness of the plumber and how he fixed the installation of my garbage disposal and adjacent pipes all of which had been installed improperly and had started to leak. The office staff was very professional and responsive. I was able to make an appointment and the plumber was on time. The cost was reasonable for today’s market. Great company. I have used them for years. My technician Mike called arrived on time. He listened to what Services I needed. He was professional and explained what he was going to do. Very professional and he cleaned up after services provided. He came with the necessary supplies for the toilet repairs. When I asked him to check my concerns about the shower faucet he went and got the necessary parts and made that repair as well. Highly recommend Falcon plumbing and Mike.
