My girlfriend and I visited F45 Pinecrest this past week. We’ve been F45 a few times including London. We had Charlie as our instructor and he was by far the best coach we’ve ever had. Great energy and pushes you as far as you are comfortable with. Couldn’t recommend him enough!

F45 Pinecrest has an amazing atmosphere with a welcoming and supportive staff. The sense of community here truly makes it feel like family, and every workout is both fun and motivating.

Fantastic workout! Coach Taylor motivated and pushed us through the entire class! The music she played helped to keep us going! After the class I was exhausted, yet invigorated. Thank you coach Taylor and F45!
