Cool he has knowledge about critters. But then charges almost 300$ and wants me to do all the work!? That’s crazy. I gave him information and videos and then he wants me to set and move traps. I have respect for my elders but if you are going to charge a premium to then have the customer do the work it might be time for you to retire. For that money I could buy the supplies and watch a YouTube video. Do not hire this guy.
Guy told me 175 to catch a chicken. I asked if he could do it for 150 he said no. So I asked him again ok so 175? Then he said no 275 now? I asked him why’d you go up 100? He said because you’re not going to pay anyway.This is the definition of someone who has zero customer service and zero business skills. I would NEVER recommend this guy to ANYONE.He shouldn’t be allowed to even run his own company.
Be careful with this company and owner Osmar. He came set up the traps and that was it nothing more. I gave him the deposit of $200.00 for him to never come back or figure it out how to trap the raccoon issue I had. Be careful with scammers like this, there is plenty of them out there.
