Eve of Kendall provides a discreet and welcoming environment for women seeking care. The staff, including the doctors, are extremely nice, friendly, and understanding, making the process smooth and comfortable. The doctor is professional, polite, and takes the time to explain everything, while the ladies are caring, patient, and kind.
I won’t give it 5 because the professionalism just isn’t there. Overall The facility was clean The doctor was really nice. The girls are unprofessional some lack empathy and it seems like they are working at a McDonald’s versus a woman’s clinic. It should feel like a safe space for women, but the energy overall feels a bit dismissive, nosy and judgmental. If you have thick skin and you’re ready to get it over with then it’s a good place. They gave me a great quality Hannah Montana cover while I waited which I loved btw.
I want to sincerely thank the team at Eve Medical for the exceptional care I received during my procedure. From the moment I walked in, I felt supported and safe. Everything was handled quickly, professionally, and with such kindness. The entire staff provided outstanding customer service, and I truly felt like I was treated as a person, not just a patient. It made all the difference during such a sensitive time. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone at Eve Medical!
Honestly I was scared going scared of being judged . But no the lady’s in the front were supper nice and understanding and the process was fast and the doctor was supper chill and comforting and the place is very discreet as well. Good luck to all the women going through this.
