I have been here about 5 or 6 times now and I’ve had nothing but great experiences! The customer service is amazing, they don’t try to force you into an up-charge. They also don’t charge extra for every single thing like other nail salons do. The prices are reasonable. I have never had to wait long. I used to hate getting my nails done but they are so gentle and nice so now I look forward to it. 10/10 recommend!! (And the parking is easy- in a lot! Which means a lot in Miami)

Called ahead and asked for their availability. When I got there, we had no wait and went right to our services. The regular mani pedi is very typically and well priced.
I got acrylic nails (had to completely remove old ones and start new). This was a little pricey but he did a great job

I made an appointment the night before. I walked in the next day and I was seen on time. Jenny was very friendly and professional. I requested a full set and pedicure. I was very pleased with the results. I highly recommend this establishment and I will be returning.
