I've been doing my nails with Carmela for years. Customer service is at the heart of everything she does. She takes her time and my nails always look spectacular! I'm grateful that she runs her business keeping it very personnel ensuring each and every customer is happy! This week I had a family emergency had had to cancel my appointment. Even though it was the week before Christmas she still made time for me to reschedule! If you are looking for a nail salon that keeps the customer at the center of everything they do, this is the place for you!!

Let's start off by saying I've read a bunch of reviews about this nail salon that had me a bit put off about going there. I've been looking for a place since Covid hit and although I have gone to places, I've never written reviews because it was just your normal nail appointment. Not great, not terrible just average. That leads me to Envidia. I've always been the loyal customer, getting my mani pedi bi weekly gel mani regular pedi kinda girl but this place will definitely be my go to place after this experience. Very happy with my Mani/Pedi today. My nail technician was Oxana and she was very attentive to detail. Convenient location and friendly staff. Will definitely come back again when I am in need of a manicure or pedicure in the future.
