I moved in the middle of my subscription and updated my address well before the shipping date. It’s now been 4 months of back and forth and somehow, my old address gets added back to my profile every. single. month. I’ve asked several times to have the address removed and they assure me that it’s done, but I sign in a few weeks later to check and it’s back again. There’s clearly an issue on their end and it’s caused 2 deliveries to ship to the wrong address. Incredibly frustrating and I can’t be the only person having this issue.
