I’ve been in this clinic for a long time doctors are great the waiting time is pretty accurate but I do have a big problem trying to reach out to doctors office to speak with an assistant and management, they never answer the phone and if they return your call is usually not the same day. It’s a shame that we are loosing our customer service in America. I love my doctors but you need to do something in regards to touching bases with patients.
Have been bringing my daughter here for 6 years and I really want to recognize Dr. Roberto Gonzalez! He is absolutely the best doctor I’ve ever encountered. He does his absolute best in providing the CARE values jackson stands for. Would recommend him to anybody!!
Hello, In this clinic I have an excellent doctor (Dr Thomas García), on Monday 06/24/24 I had laboratories, when I left the laboratory I asked in the consultations if someone could take my blood pressure (because I am hypertensive) they asked me my name and that he sat down. After a while, a nurse named Marcia came out and told me to come with her. In front of the elevator she told me that maybe I was hungry, that she was going to give me water and more cookies, that I must have a headache because I was fasting.
