Dr. Lewis is a great doctor. He did two of my surgeries. The problem is the wait. You spend 2 hours waiting to see him. Calls are not followed up on. Last year I fell and had emergency surgery w an orthopedic in Memorial. I must say, as much as I respect Dr. Lewis as an orthopedic, I prefer a doctor who respects the time of his waiting patients. Dr. Lewis does give 100%. He will not leave you until you are finished with your concerns. I just don’t feel like waiting 2 hours. Schedule less patients or block of more time.
THE WORST. Horrible follow up. Actually NO FOLLOW up post surgery and after experiencing numerous complications. Extremely long wait times at office. He’s always late. He does not return phone calls. Only His PA would get back to me even after I’d ask to speak to him directly and only after days and weeks of pestering with multiple phone calls and emails. Two years post surgery and my foot is worse plus a huge nasty scar. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
⏲️ This guy doesn't seem to know how to keep on schedule which is very rude inconsiderate to his patients - seems to think the world revolves around him - patients don't have anything else to do but sit around and wait for him to get his act together. I'm really not sure what's going through his mind. ?We've been here a couple of times now and the guy always seems to be running late. ⌛If you care about your time and I want to be treated right, then you probably should look elsewhere. There are about 20,000 orthopedic specialists in the Miami area.
