Dr. Carlos Wolf did my mother's blethoroplasty when she was 50 (25 years ago) and now he's about to do mine @ the age of 42. After 25 years, my mother's results are incredible and it speaks for itself.
I've mentioned this surgery to a few random people in passing.
EXAMPLE #1: a specialist @ Sephora was testing bronzers on me and I told them about how Dr. Wolf was doing my surgery and she freaked out with excitement. She told me that when she was 16, some other surgeon completely ruined her nose job and that Dr. Wolf fixed it and it looked perfect!
