Haven't been to this Gym since it was DAC So happy it's a ymca now the staff was absolutely incredible Alex greeted me at the door super friendly & knowledgeable guy . Courtney signed me up , explained me everything they offer to the classes and walked me around the gym ,Made my experience truly awesome and right at home . No body likes ego gyms but this place made me feel at home right away . Can't wait to start putting in some work . Great customer service . Clean gym . Plenty of machines

Awesome gym and basketball court! Free parking for 2.5 hours. Really a great option for people in Miami Beach/Downtown/Brickell. Great basketball leagues year round.

Best gym I have been to! I have struggled to hit the gym consistently my whole life until I signed up for the YMCA Downtown. Everything is super clean and well organized, the staff is kind and helpful, there is a great variety of equipment, plus a steam room, full-size basketball court, and a HIIT zone which is great for core and bodyweight workouts. If you work out near a window the views are amazing, in the morning you can see the sun rise on the bay as you do situps on the incline bench?
