I called Dovis plumbing because I had an issue with the flow rate of my hot water heater. The company sent Joel. He Was warm and friendly. I shared with him my concerns and he took a look at my problem. He realized it was something beyond a simple fix and so told me that I would need to pay a $150 diagnosis fee at the time I thought it was expensive but choose to move forward with Joel (best choice I could have possibly made) i then proceeded to see Joel Turn over every possible loose rock and do more due diligence than I’ve ever seen to figure out the problem.
