We recently hired Don Bailey Flooring to remove our old laminated floor and install a new beyond wood floor in our house.
From start to finish, the experience was excellent.
Their sales person, Michael Schiffner (Mike) was extremely helpful in guiding us to choose the best patterns and material types to suit our home.
Michael answered every question we had about the installation process, and when something was outside their scope, he made sure to check directly with Adrian, the flooring crew lead, to give us accurate information.

Customer service here is great! Mike and Don are super patient & kind. Paris and Jamal, the installers were amazing. They work super fast and clean up after themselves (BIG PLUS!!!) Both rooms came out perfect!
Karen with Don Bailey Flooring was prompt, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the process. She provided excellent customer service, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. I truly appreciate her attentiveness and the great experience she provided. Highly recommend asking for Karen if you’re looking for flooring!
