Incredibly rude and not deserving of business based on how he treats potential customers. My husband called to ask for him to call out and said he thinks we may need to have someone snake out our plumbing - he interrupted him and said "let me stop you right there, I don't do snake outs" - as my husband was responding to say that he's not sure that's what we need, this man hung up on him mid-sentence. Who knows if he's a good plumber, but I would at least expect common decency.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.Steven the OWNER of this company is committing fraud.I had him come out to do a water test and was promised a full report.It has been months since he conducted the survey and hasn't made an effort to fulfill his promise.I'm currently $375 in the hole
He was professional and made me feel comfortable but I did get a second opinion on his recommendation from a leak. What he wanted to do was probably the right way to fix the leak but stated I had copper pipes and that's incorrect - I have pvc. Also he is very pricey compared to other licensed plumbers. I could have gotten the leak checked at half his price and I did not go with his recommendation as the pipe thing got to me.
