Deloris Florist in Richmond Heights is my go to for funerals. I have never had a problem with the lady there. Very patient and the delivery is going to be on point, whatever you ask to be written in the card will be written. Whatever colors you request, that is what will be used. If there is a change or she can’t guarantee something she will let you know upfront. I have used other places that funeral homes recommend and they are not as great. So yes I recommend Deloris Florist. Google had her listed as closed. It is not closed. She is open for business.
They helped me with a funeral arrangement. We ordered the wrong thing so I had to call and fix it in the morning. they were incredibly friendly, professional, and fast. The arrangement was GORGEOUS. I cannot recommend Deloris enough.
This company was absolutely AMAZING! 100% recommend them to anyone who needs flowers!! My mother and I hired them to create a last minute standing flower arrangement for a family member of a friend who passed away. They were extremely accommodating, attentive and patient with us. Later we found out we got the date of the funeral wrong and Sophia was extremely understanding and helpful in helping us change the flower arrangement we originally ordered to something that would be more suitable for an at home setting.
