I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Massimo. From the onset, he was focused on understanding my hair goals. He devoted time for consultations a week prior and again on the day of the appointment. I wanted to get a perm, which very few stylists know how to do because it isn’t frequently requested. But Massimo put all my fears to rest during our in-depth discussion. His honesty and expertise about the process and outcomes made me feel comfortable and confident.Together, we decided on a soft wave rather than a tight curl. I got Keratin done here with Mailyn and it was such an incredible experience! She did the absolute best keratin I've ever had (and I've tried many places) and I could not be happier! I am so thankful to have found Massimo, who is truly a master hair stylist. He spent considerable time inspecting my hair, how it grows, and interested in knowing what I want, my lifestyle, so he can give me a proper cut. The shampooing was educational and felt wonderful; the cut was phenomenal and I'm so glad I trusted him enough to allow him free reign to do what he thought would be best! He hit the mark perfectly and gave me what might be my favorite cut ever! Oh, he also cut my boyfriend's hair and we are both delighted. Massimo is a keeper! 8/14/19: I'm back and delighted with the new cut by Massimo. He is truly a master. 9/24/19. Back again. I'm ecstatic once again! New look. I love it. You can totally trust him!
