I came in 5 minutes to close for a spare key ( I have come here once before this, few years back no issues), he came out to my car to set it up to the computer all good. I go to leave car doesnt turn on. It's now 10 minutes after closing, but I knock and he comes out checks the car for me gives me a jump start and let's me know my battery needs to be replaced. Outstanding customer service and amazing prices on spare keys

Excellent!! So fast and efficient! This was the 3rd place I had to go to in person and the 6th place I called so I was extremely happy to find someone who could copy a Medeco key! And they had the best prices!!!

I had a great experience using this company to change the lock of my apartment. The first technician had some trouble installing it because the lock was not the one we had, so the owner, Robert, offered to order the correct lock and install it without any extra charge. I was pleasantly surprised that Robert immediately assumed responsibility with a pleasant demeanor. The lock was installed without issues. This is what customer service is all about!!
