I recently had the pleasure of calling Kris who works for Dade appliance , and I can confidently say the experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the initial consultation to the final installation, Kris and his team demonstrated true professionalism, attention to detail, and a level of care that is hard to come by these days.

They arrived on time, were incredibly respectful and took the time to explain everything clearly. Their knowledge and expertise were evident throughout the entire process. I have been using Dade Appliance for 19 years and highly recommend their services. I have a rental property that from time-to-time appliances need repairs. I call Dade Appliance, they send out a technician, call me with an estimate, do the repair and I pay over the phone with a credit card. Tenant is happy, I am happy. I have never met anyone at Dade Appliance face-to-face but can tell they are truly professional. My mom called me the other day stating her gas dryer doesn't turn on and asked me if I knew someone. We purchased our AC unit from them 2 years ago. No issues. Last night, our AC suddenly stopped working. We called and left a message. This morning we were told a technician would arrive between 1pm - 2pm. At 12:30pm, the technicians arrived and found the problem. While they ordered the part (under warranty), they temporarily fixed it and we had AC. At 5pm, they returned with the new part and a permanent fix. They were responsive, prompt and professional. Definitely a 10 out of 10 for us!
