I was able to see big results after 4 sessions. I was wearing a size 9 and now im fitting back into my size 7 jeans. This chick is the truth, I'm telling you. Erica puts her back into it to give you the best results. She really is understanding and a great listener. The results will definitely will be visible within 2 sessions when you drink lots of water and a little bit of walking for like 10 minutes a day. I have plans to get my wedding party to come, so we all will look snatched. She really is the best!!!
