I’m so happy a friend recommended this clinic to me. The vets are wonderful. I have mostly dealt with Dr Lerner who has been very caring and is extremely knowledgeable, always able to explain everything and share a lot of information, which I value greatly. He was instrumental in properly diagnosing my cat with cancer, which allowed me to get him the proper treatment, saving his life. Dr. Mendez is very sweet and also very knowledgeable and caring. The entire staff is super friendly and responsive and their care is very personal, but always professional.
This place is probably the best vet you could ask for. The staff is professional, attentive and caring, even knowing the names of all the patients. The techs are all very nice and take care of your pet as if it was thier own, making a very stressful situation for them alot easier. Dr. Mendez is a fantastic vet that is knowledgeable and thorough and makes sure that your pet leaves treated and on the way to feeling better. You can't ask for a better experience. Highly recommend them for every situation where the vet is required.
Dr. Cecilia and the staff at Crossroads are the best. They truly care about the animals and are very real and transparent and understanding about options. They treat us like family and take the absolute best and honest care of our fur babies. Thanks for all you do guys!!
