I have been going here for a few months now and it was wonderful! I have been able to lose weight so much easier than doing the traditional machines without red light. The staff is always so nice and helpful. I also have done a few of their body contouring services and love them! It's like a one stop shop!

I love it! I come here all the time. You can really get into your zone and do your workout. I love the vibe. The girls are so sweet as well, they are always there if you need any help. I feel so good after every session. 10/10 Recommend! My week isn't completed without Cosmo . Service 10/10.

Had a chance to check it out today. The building is pretty nondescript and there's no signage anywhere so it took me a minute to figure out where it was. There was also some confusion on how much time we had because the initial booking email said 30 mins, the confirmation email said 45 mins but when we got there it was actually an hour. You reserve the time and a specific machine to book but really you can use any machine that isn't in use during that time. I had to switch my usual run for a run/walk because it did get pretty hot with the infrared at the highest setting but I have done bikram yoga and this wasn't nearly as hot as that.
