I needed the batteries in my thermostat replaced, and had no idea if it was going to need to be reprogrammed, or how much life the batteries had left. The AC repair company I've used for years was not available. I called Cooling Mode, because the online reviews were fabulous!!! The owner, Norberth, walked me through the whole process of changing the batteries on the phone. He had me text him a picture of the thermostat, called me back within minutes, and 5 minutes later the batteries were changed, and the system was running fine. Lucky me to call Cooling Mode from a google search. My bedroom AC was blowing hot at 5 pm. They showed up in less than 15 minutes and immediately solved the problem, a failed capacitor. Don’t hesitate to call them, honest and professional. Thank you Norberth.Service: HVAC system repair
