My mother went to this optical today and she happened to witness how the owner mistreated a patient. This patient who by the way is an elderly who was waiting to speak to someone and change his appointment just because he touched his nose he was sent to go to the bathroom by the owner In front of everyone in the waiting room. This is unprofessional and a very unacceptable behavior especially from the owner of a Center that provides services to the community. This person should have her business closed.

IF THEY BREAK YOUR FRAMES, THERE IS NO MONEY BACK.If you take your frames to have your prescription changed, and they break them, you will not get your money back.
