Not only did he work efficiently, but he also took the time to explain the entire process to me, leaving no room for confusion. From my first Contact with Nelson, I felt I was in good hands. I needed an air conditioner replaced the next day and he scheduled me in right away. He was professional and very knowledgeable and he cares and takes the time to listen to your needs.
