Seriously professional operation. I was lucky to tour the operation. A fleet of climate controlled box trucks, with experienced drivers.. these guys do free delivery, wow! The variety of seafood is impressive, fish I have only heard of, perfectly chilled and fresh. Amazing. Collins Fish & Seafood is bustling with specialized workers whom you quickly recognize as extremely skilled when watching them work.
