Clearwater Pools has been doing a wonderful job for us maintaining our pool. Juan keeps everything running perfectly (and to be honest, our pool is on the older side) so I know it’s not as easy. He’s so polite and we feel comfortable having him here in our home … which really is important to us. Also, I’m very thankful that if ever I’ve called the office to speak with someone for changes in dates or service questions, there is always someone to answer and respond immediately, professionally and courteously. You’re doing a great job Clearwater, we appreciate you all.

This is a voluntary review of the weekly pool service being provided by Juan Vasquez to our pool, as well as our daughter’s pool in Palmetto Bay. Juan’s service has been consistently excellent over the past few years (ever since we contracted for your weekly service). He is meticulous and takes pride in the work he does. In addition, he is very friendly, has good communications skills, and proactively keeps us informed of any issues or potential problems with our pools. Clearwater Pools & Patio built our pool and the whole experience was excellent. They walked us through every step of the process, from design to permitting to construction, so we always knew what was coming next, and you could tell they really cared about getting the details right. Since the pool was finished, Juan has been doing our weekly maintenance and he's been great. Reliable, thorough, and it's obvious he takes pride in the work. The pool has stayed in great shape thanks to him. Highly recommend Clearwater for both the build and the ongoing maintenance.
